Build Client Relationships
Secure, branded client communication for Australian advice firms. Hosted in Australia. Built on trust.
Why it matters
A line to your clients they actually trust
Every message arrives in an app that carries your name, not in an inbox full of strangers. Clients see who sent it, why, and what to do next, and their reply comes straight back to you.
- They hear from you first. Updates arrive under your name before they think to pick up the phone.
- Replies land with you. Questions come back to your portal inbox, not a shared mailbox.
- Value they can see. Portfolio updates, documents and next steps in one place, under your brand.
What gets in the way
Where client portals fall short, and what Stow does instead
Four things advisers told us go wrong today. Each one, and how Stow handles it.
The problem
Security
Client information shared through email, AI tools and unsecured channels.
With Stow
Security
Encrypted at rest, two-factor sign-in for every adviser, biometric login for clients, and a full audit trail of who did what.
The problem
Experience
Clients with no visibility into their portfolio or the work being done for them.
With Stow
Experience
Clients see their portfolio, performance and allocations the moment you import an update. One login across all their entities.
The problem
Communication
No direct line between client and adviser outside of scheduled meetings.
With Stow
Communication
Send updates and secure messages from the portal. Replies land in your inbox, not in email.
The problem
Documentation
Documents collected and sent over email, IDs that lapse without anyone noticing.
With Stow
Documentation
Collect ID and documents in the app, confirm the details against your records, and get told before anything expires.
Why trust Stow
Built for a profession that runs on trust
Your clients trust you with their money and their details. Stow is built so that trust carries over to the app.
Hosted in Australia
The application and database run in Sydney, so client data stays onshore.
Encrypted throughout
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and nothing sensitive travels by email.
Two-factor and biometrics
Every adviser and staff account uses two-factor sign-in. Clients unlock the app with Face ID or a fingerprint.
A full audit trail
See who viewed or changed what, and when, across your whole practice.
Each firm kept apart
Your firm's data is isolated from every other firm's on Stow.
Consent on record
Clients accept your privacy policy and terms in the app, time-stamped for your files.

How it works
How Stow fits your business
Set up your firm
Add your logo and colours, compliance details and team. Every adviser signs in with two-factor authentication from day one.

Bring your clients across
Import your book from a spreadsheet, then send each client a secure link. They confirm their details, upload ID and accept your terms in the app.

Stay close between meetings
Push portfolio updates, share documents and answer questions in one secure place, under your brand.
The adviser portal
Your whole book, one screen
The web portal behind the client app. Import portfolios, invite clients, set what ID you need and message securely, all under your own brand.
Clients and entities
Individuals, joint accounts, trusts, SMSFs and companies, each with its members, balance and last import date.
A portfolio per entity
Balance over time, returns and allocation, straight from the spreadsheet you already keep. Clients see the same numbers in the app.
ID and documents, your rules
Choose what each entity type must provide. Clients upload in the app, you confirm against your records, and expiries are flagged early.
FAQ
Questions advisers ask us
Who is Stow for?
Australian financial advice firms, from sole practitioners to multi-adviser practices, that want a secure, branded way to stay in touch with clients between meetings.
When does Stow launch?
Stow is expected to launch at the end of October 2026. We are opening to a small group of firms through early access first. Request a place and we will email you when yours is ready.
What do clients see?
A mobile app under your firm's name and colours. Clients see their portfolio, performance and asset allocation, receive updates and documents, reply to secure messages, and upload ID, all in one place.
Where is client data stored?
Stow's application and database are hosted in Sydney, Australia. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and each firm's data is isolated from every other firm's.
How is it kept secure?
Every adviser and staff account uses two-factor authentication, clients sign in with biometrics, and the portal keeps a full audit trail of who viewed or changed what.
How do portfolios get into Stow?
Import them from the spreadsheet you already keep. Each client entity, whether an individual, joint account, trust, SMSF or company, gets its own portfolio, and clients see the same numbers you do.
Can we have our own app in the App Store?
Yes. Firms that want their own branded app listed in the app stores can talk to us about Stow Enterprise.
How much does Stow cost?
Stow is a simple subscription per firm, with Enterprise priced by conversation. Pricing is shared with firms as their early-access place opens. Get in touch if you would like details sooner.
