Client portal for advisers
The client portal built for Australian financial advisers
Stow gives your clients one app for their portfolio, documents, updates and messages, and gives your team the adviser portal behind it. All under your firm's name.
The problem
What gets in the way today
Clients can't see the work
Between reviews, clients have no view of their portfolio or what you're doing for them.
Everything runs through email
Updates, questions and documents get lost in inboxes and sent over channels you don't control.
Generic portals feel like someone else's
Off-the-shelf portals carry another company's brand, not the relationship you've built.
How Stow handles it
One app for clients, one portal for your team
Import portfolios from the spreadsheet you already keep, invite clients with a secure link, and stay in touch between meetings without email.
- Portfolios they can see. Balance, performance and allocation for every entity, the moment you import an update.
- Updates and secure messages. Send from the portal; replies come back to your inbox, not a shared mailbox.
- Documents and ID in the app. Clients upload, you confirm against your records, and expiries are flagged early.
Why trust Stow
Secure by default
Hosted in Australia
The application and database run in Sydney, so client data stays onshore.
Encrypted throughout
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and nothing sensitive travels by email.
Two-factor and biometrics
Every adviser and staff account uses two-factor sign-in. Clients unlock the app with Face ID or a fingerprint.
FAQ
Common questions
Who is Stow for?
Australian financial advice firms, from sole practitioners to multi-adviser practices, that want a secure, branded way to stay in touch with clients between meetings.
What do clients see?
A mobile app under your firm's name and colours. Clients see their portfolio, performance and asset allocation, receive updates and documents, reply to secure messages, and upload ID, all in one place.
How do portfolios get into Stow?
Import them from the spreadsheet you already keep. Each client entity, whether an individual, joint account, trust, SMSF or company, gets its own portfolio, and clients see the same numbers you do.
When does Stow launch?
